Using passive Brain Fitness With EFT


Thanks so much for your wonderful work.

Just a note regarding your video - it it great AND couid use a reminder to BREATHE while doing this eft pbf healing process! 

Holding one's breath while practicing (often occurring when concentrating - unless reminded not to) when learning is counterproductive. Breath is essential to this body - mind - spirit work.

I have in the past found myself holding my breath when Donna Eden is reminding me to remember to BREATHE at each EFT tapping point.
