iPad login

I can login from my desktop, but cannot login from my iPad. I have never used my iPad before for your site, and I wanted to use it while out of town, but I get a response that the email and password don't match. How can that be when I have no problem on the desktop?

Hi Shannon,

The problem is likely because Apple Products automatically capitalize the first character of the input fields. Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive.  You'll have to press the "down arrow" on your IPad to for the first letter of your password to make sure it is not going in as a capital.
