I've been using your perfect sleep program and also vital sleep essentials - wondering if there's a difference between the two?
I've been having some severe sleep/health issues over the past two years (nervous system- high adrenaline- hormones ) and trying to do whatever I can to restore my sleep (which used to be perfect - never realized how lucky I was). I've come a long way but not there yet.
I've been doing the Life Response Frequencies- now using foundational method of rotating through the four 10 minute versions (one every day or two).
Would love to know what else you would recommend that might help- so much to choose from- not sure where to go next with all you offer.
Any advice would be soooo appreciated.
