All refund requests must be received at least 3 days prior to 60 days from the original purchase date. (Day 57)

  1. Simply submit a support ticket requesting a refund for your purchase.
  2. Please include your full name, the email you used to create your account and the method of payment (PayPal or credit Card)
  3. If you do not get a response from our support staff in 24 hours, please open up a new ticket and submit your request. 


We do our best to answer every ticket however inevitably some tickets to fall through the cracks. 
This is why we ask that you re-submit your request for a refund if you do not hear back from us in 24 hours time.
